Getting Hype
When can I download Hype?
Hype is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it opens.
What does Hype cost?
Joining is free and there’s no subscription.
- Creators: Hype takes 20% of the campaign pay when you’re paid. Founding creators pay 15% for their first 12 months.
- Brands: Hype adds 15% on top of the campaign pay when you hire.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or email contact@download-hype.app and we’ll remove you.

How do I delete my account?
- Open Hype and go to Profile.
- Tap the gear.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
Can’t get into the app? Email contact@download-hype.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
How do I get a copy of my data?
- Open Hype and go to Profile.
- Tap the gear.
- Tap Account, then Manage my data.
- Tap Request my data.
You can also ask by email.
Campaigns and payments
How do creators get paid?
Payments are handled by Stripe. The brand pays when it hires you, the money is held, and it’s released to you when your content is approved.
Who approves the content?
The brand reviews every delivery. Nothing is approved or rejected automatically, and Hype steps in if the two sides can’t agree.
What if there’s a problem with a campaign or a payment?
- Message the other side in Hype first.
- If that doesn’t settle it, email contact@download-hype.app with the campaign name and what happened.
- We’ll step in.
